1166 FCU is thrilled to announce the addition of its newest board member, Mr. Oliver JJ. Ayon, a position he graciously accepted on October 24th, 2023. Oliver is head of Stern & Eisenberg’s Compliance Department, serving as the Chief Compliance Officer. Oliver’s career took off within the default industry in 2006 where he served as a dedicated paralegal. In 2012, he became an astute litigator before earning the title of Director of Compliance in 2018. His extensive experience has equipped him with exceptional negotiation skills, impeccable adherence to client directives and expectations, and an extensive skill set for business risk solutions. His knack for proactively assessing business risks and generating solutions will add to the security and peace of mind we provide to all 1166 FCU members.

Additionally, our newest board member Mr. Oliver Ayon teaches Continuing Education classes for the Real Estate Program in New Jersey. Oliver is well-versed in REO, short sales, and mortgage foreclosures. His extensive work experience, admirable work ethic, and diligence in producing exceptional client solutions ensure that he will be an extremely valuable asset to our team.
